Raza Sana is a therapeutic, once-a-month event that helps parents of youth actively involved in the GRYD program. Raza Sana helps parents better understand their children and themselves. They talk about suicidal ideation in youth, youth sexuality, bullying, learn mindfulness techniques, and more to bring more peace to the home life.
