Live Your
Legacy
The Live Your Legacy program serves disconnected youth ages 16 -24 who may be involved in the justice system. Through this program, we support youth in navigating the justice system while ensuring they comply with all probation and community service requirements. In addition, we assist youth in obtaining a HS diploma or GED, building career readiness skills, and connecting youth to health care services.
